Not only is this the best business in terms of quality for merchandise, these people are of the highest quality. Last year, I visited Frustrated Cowboy and was excited to purchase quite a haul on vacation, including my favorite opal stud earrings. A year later, my mask projectiled my earring into the ether :( I called Frustrated Cowboy and they sent me 2 beautiful pairs! I cannot express how much this means to me. I graduated college and I'm starting a new job on Monday so this is like a little bit of fortune and kindness to get me started :-)
I have worn my Frustrated Cowboy sweatshirt everywhere and get frequent compliments and I love to share my encounter meeting the wonderful people there. I can't wait to go back one day!
